EPSA publishes its 2025 Sustainability Report

17/09/2026

At EPSA, we firmly believe that sustainable performance goes beyond regulatory compliance: it is a true driver of value creation, resilience, and transformation. That is why, as the new school year begins, we are publishing our 2025 Sustainability Report, which highlights the Group’s commitments, achievements, and ambitions over the past fiscal year.

Despite the postponement of the CSRD’s implementation timeline, we have chosen to voluntarily continue this commitment to transparency. Inspired by ESRS standards, this report outlines the Group’s unified governance framework for CSR issues and the actions implemented to address the key environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges identified as material.

As part of the Group’s voluntary and early compliance with CSRD requirements, the sustainability report and more than 100 ESG KPIs were audited by an independent third-party auditor (OTI).

Sustainable Performance at the heart of our Strategy and Governance

Once again this year, EPSA reaffirms its commitment to sustainably aligning economic performance, operational performance, and environmental performance. With a presence in 40 countries, the Group now employs more than 5,000 people and generates over €570 million in net revenue.

In this context, our ambition is clear: to support organizations in simultaneously improving their performance by transforming ESG challenges into drivers of competitiveness, innovation, and value creation — both internally and for our clients.

This ambition is supported by a dedicated governance structure, led by our Sustainability Business Line. With a team of more than 180 experts combining expertise in climate, energy, mobility, responsible procurement, transition financing, and communications, it plays a central role in steering our sustainability approach. In 2025, EPSA took a significant step forward by entrusting the governance of its CSR strategy entirely to its internal expertise. This move reaffirms the Group’s commitment to sustainably embedding ESG considerations into its decision-making, business operations and development.

External recognitions confirming our progress

In 2025, several independent assessments highlighted the Group’s progress:

  • EcoVadis Platinum Medal for the second consecutive year, with a score of 87/100 in 2025, up from 80/100 in 2024, placing EPSA in the top 1% of evaluated companies.
  • Maintenance of a B rating from CDP, confirming the robustness of our climate trajectory.
  • Achievement of ISO 27001 certification for our information security management system.
  • Renewal of the Great Place to Work certification.

Climate as a Business: making the transition a driver of performance

One of the major developments in this edition is the structuring of our “Climate as a Business” approach.

Led by the Sustainability Business Line and its experts, this approach aims to integrate climate and ESG issues into the core of our businesses and those of our clients.

A Word from the Chairman

Matthieu GUFFLET
Charmain and Founder – EPSA

Once again this year, EPSA confirms its ability to combine economic performance and sustainability. In an uncertain context, we continued to develop steadily, relying on what underpins us: the quality of the people who make up the Group and a strong commitment to consistency between what we say and what we do.

Our trajectory is based on a model that seeks to align value creation with responsibility, progressively integrating environmental and social issues into the core of our activities. We are building this momentum over the long term, with realism and humility.

I am convinced that companies have a decisive role to play in the face of the transformations underway. They must exercise it not on the margins of their activities, but fully through how they operate, invest and innovate. Only then can performance be truly sustainable.

We owe this ambition to the daily commitment of our teams. Their dedication and ability to evolve our practices and to champion these issues with our clients and partners are essential. I would like to sincerely thank them for that. »

A Word from the Director of EPSA Sustainability

Nicolas PERDRIX
Director, EPSA Sustainability, and CEO, Sidièse

In just a few years, the debate around sustainability has changed profoundly.

Regulations are evolving, economic priorities are shifting and media cycles are accelerating. Some even speak of a rollback of environmental ambitions.

We see a different reality. Companies continue to face the same challenges: access to resources, market volatility, changing customer expectations, industrial adaptation, energy transition and talent attraction. These challenges are not going away. They are becoming more complex and more interdependent.

For a long time, companies managed three distinct types of performance: economic performance, operational performance and environmental performance. We are convinced that this separation is a thing of the past. The organisations that will succeed tomorrow will be those able to manage these three dimensions as one.

That is precisely the mission we have set ourselves.

Our ambition is not to add another area of ESG expertise. It is to help organisations transform environmental and societal challenges into sustainable levers for competitiveness, innovation, sovereignty and value creation.

To achieve this, we have brought together expertise rarely combined within a single organisation: engineers, energy specialists, financing specialists, procurement experts, transformation consultants, communication and engagement professionals. Because a successful transition does not rest solely on a strategy but must be financed, implemented, steered, explained and owned by those who will bring it to life.

It is this ability to connect expertise to deliver tangible results that makes EPSA unique today. »
