EPSA Netherlands is uniting all its procurement services into one strong team under one name: EPSA Procurement. With this step, EPSA Netherlands combines over a century of knowledge and expertise from its six companies active in procurement and contract management services.
This consolidation creates a Procurement Powerhouse of over 400 professionals with expertise across all procurement areas. EPSA Procurement operates throughout the Netherlands from its offices in Amsterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, Groningen, Houten, and Zwolle.
Until now, the companies operated under their own brand names within EPSA Netherlands. Now, they are joining forces more intensively. Market leaders AevesBenefit and Het NIC are merging, strengthened by deep NPR and PR category knowledge and cost optimization expertise from proQure, Procumulator, Procurement Services, and Kloepfel Benelux. This combination delivers full-service solutions for all procurement and cost optimization challenges in every sector—from interim management to outsourcing NPR and PR procurement and from talent development to procurement function transformations.

Specialized Teams
EPSA Procurement has organized its services into five teams, each focused on addressing specific client needs. The Consultancy team delivers results-driven strategic advice for procurement transformations, procurement analyses through digital solutions, and hands-on support during procurement processes. This team works closely with the Solutions team and its dozens of NPR and PR category specialists to achieve targeted EBITDA optimizations.
Additional teams focus on Interim Management solutions, Executive Search, and Learning & Development programs offered in-house and through the Talent Development Program (TOP). EPSA Procurement positions itself as the one-stop shop for procurement and contract management.
