Raise

RAISE

RAISE Investissement is a private equity company developed within the RAISE Group, founded by Clara Gaymard and Gonzague de Blignières. With €510 million in capital, the fund supports growing French small and medium-sized companies with sales of between €30 and €500 million, by taking stakes of between €10 and €50 million to support their development.

The RAISE group is based on a financing mechanism that combines profitability and generosity since the investment teams (RAISE Investissement, RAISE REIM, RAISE Ventures, RAISE Impact and RaiseLab) pay back 50% of their profit sharing to financing an internal endowment fund, RAISESHERPAS, dedicated to supporting startups. This pioneering scheme in France allows the creation of a virtuous ecosystem, associating large groups and institutional shareholders, ETIs and startups.

CAPZA

CAPZA Expansion is specialized in supporting families, entrepreneurs and managers of SMEs/ETIs whose companies, in the Mid-Market segment, have strong post-pandemic acceleration capacities. The team was born from the will of AXA France to contribute to the revitalization of the French economic fabric by entrusting CAPZA with a 500 million euro envelopes.

CAPZA has been a leading player in private equity and private debt in SMEs since 2004. Based in Europe, the company is majority owned by its employees and is supported by the AXA Group. With €6.1 billion in assets under management, CAPZA puts its experience and passion for business development at the service of institutional investors in Europe and worldwide through a platform of six complementary areas of expertise: Growth Tech, Flex Equity, Private Debt, Transition, Artemid and Expansion.

CAPZA offers SMEs flexible financing solutions adapted to the different stages of their development.
