RAISE Investissement is a private equity company developed within the RAISE Group, founded by Clara Gaymard and Gonzague de Blignières. With €510 million in capital, the fund supports growing French small and medium-sized companies with sales of between €30 and €500 million, by taking stakes of between €10 and €50 million to support their development.

The RAISE group is based on a financing mechanism that combines profitability and generosity since the investment teams (RAISE Investissement, RAISE REIM, RAISE Ventures, RAISE Impact and RaiseLab) pay back 50% of their profit sharing to financing an internal endowment fund, RAISESHERPAS, dedicated to supporting startups. CAPZA Expansion is specialized in supporting families, entrepreneurs and managers of SMEs/ETIs whose companies, in the Mid-Market segment, have strong post-pandemic acceleration capacities. The team was born from the will of AXA France to contribute to the revitalization of the French economic fabric by entrusting CAPZA with a 500 million euro envelopes.

CAPZA has been a leading player in private equity and private debt in SMEs since 2004. Based in Europe, the company is majority owned by its employees and is supported by the AXA Group.
