Defense: How can you secure your supplies while maintaining operational performance?
The complexity of supply chains in the defence sector requires an agile and rigorous logistics organisation. In an AOG (Aircraft On Ground) context, our customer, a key player in military systems, called on our team to urgently find obsolete spare parts essential to maintaining its equipment in operational condition.
Faced with the obsolescence of many technical references, the challenge is twofold: to reduce supply lead times and to guarantee the strict conformity of parts in a standardised and strategic environment on a global scale.
Our approach: an expert, centralised, high-performance organisation
Phase 1 – Structuring and framing
From the outset of the project, our methodology was based on :
- A precise analysis of the customer’s specifications and critical requirements,
- A proposal for an optimised process, adapted to the reality of emergencies in the field,
- The creation of a dedicated project team, working directly with our partner agencies.
This initial phase laid the foundations for an efficient, centralised organisation, a key element in steering all future actions.
Phase 2 – Deployment of technical operations
Our expertise spans the entire supply cycle:
- Making complex technical purchases,
- International procurement, with multi-country logistics coordination,
- Quality guarantee on products (official, new, CoC certified),
- Rigorous document management,
- Managing import/export flows,
- Express delivery to customer site, in compliance with operational requirements.

Our expertise covers the entire value chain, with a focus on supply chain performance indicators, logistics efficiency and the financial performance of operations.
Agile management for effective supply security
The assignment provided an effective response to an emergency situation, with an operational solution deployed in a very short timeframe. The required parts were identified, secured and delivered to site in less than 5 days, in line with the customer’s requirements.
This intervention generated a number of tangible benefits:
- Rapid, targeted processing of a critical need in an AOG context,
- Setting up a reliable supply system for rare and sensitive products,
- Better continuity of operations, without interrupting technical services,
- Rigorous management of the entire flow, from qualification to delivery.
The entire organisation has contributed to restoring the operational availability of equipment within a controlled, responsive framework that complies with defence sector standards.
Our added value is based on in-depth knowledge of sensitive environments, mastery of specific technical constraints and a results-oriented culture.
